Get Comfortable With What You Want
Spend time in all parts of yourself - Iyanla
Have you ever took any time to ask yourself - "What is it that I truly want?" like really just took the time to sit with that and feel any fear or uncomfortable feelings that arise when you sit with it
The uncomfortable feeling can be absolute joy and euphoria because it is a big big dream
it may be a fear of the unknown
it may be something you have never felt before
Hear me out, ask yourself, be in a physical space where there is little or no distraction and wait for the answer, it will surprise you I guarantee it
Write it down
Both the question and the answer, write it down until you get very comfortable with it until you own it
then share it
